Award Winning Developers

Countless families have found lasting beauty and value in the properties we've designed and constructed over the years. Nothing gives us deeper satisfaction than knowing that our work continues to touch so many lives.

Our story begins in early 1990 with a community known as Stonington, located in historic Port Jefferson. This National Builders Award-winning development consists of 170 condominium homes that sold out in only three short years, despite turbulent economic times.

This initial accomplishment then led to the first of several successful developments called The Ranches, which we would eventually adopt as our corporate name (having been known for many years as The TIBI Development Group).

The Ranches at Long Lake Estates, our now namesake development, was a significant one because it marked the first community on Long Island that was 100% dedicated to single-family homes. Consisting of 176 ranch-style condominium homes, each with 8-ft basements, spread out on a complex of 29 buildings that are surrounded by spacious man-made lakes. A clubhouse, putting green and dedicated pump station round-out additional community features and amenities. The momentum of these early successes quickly spurned many new and noteworthy projects - such as The Ranches at Mount Sinai, 186 condominiums set on 33 gorgeous acres. In this well-known and highly respected community, each home is a coveted corner unit that comes loaded with a generous amenity package. It has earned 11 LIBI Awards as well as Community of the Year. Equally superb communities have followed, including Fairway Estates at Farmingdale, near Bethpage's celebrated Black Course - the world's most famous public golf course ... and The Outlook at Mount Snow, featuring spectacular Vermont skiing and classic New England-style living.
